About Us
A familiar Italian ritual
Sù started at home, with something simple: making tiramisù for the people we love.
I’ve always enjoyed making tiramisù and desserts for my wife and daughter, and they quickly became some of their favourite things to come home to.
What started as something I simply enjoyed doing for my family slowly turned into a little idea:
Why not share it with other people too?
So, almost for fun, we decided to give it a try.
From our family kitchen to Sù, the idea has always stayed the same:
make desserts we genuinely love, share them with others,
and bring a little taste of our Italian roots to Melbourne.
What started as a family thing is now Sù, and we’re excited to see where it goes.
