These terms apply when you use sutiramisu.com.au or order from sù. Prices are in AUD. An order is placed when checkout is completed and we send an order confirmation. We may contact you if we cannot fulfil it; if sù cancels, we will issue a full refund. Please check your delivery and contact details before paying. To request a change or cancellation, email hello@sutiramisu.com.au within 2 hours of ordering. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed once preparation has begun.

Each tiramisù is handmade, so its appearance may vary slightly. Keep refrigerated at or below 5°C and consume within 2 days of delivery.

Our cream contains no raw egg; egg is present only in the baked savoiardi. All products contain milk, egg and wheat (gluten). Depending on the flavour, they may also contain hazelnuts, peanuts and/or other allergens. Seasonal flavours may contain additional allergens, which are listed on the relevant product page.

All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, egg, wheat (gluten), peanuts, tree nuts and soy. We therefore cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of these allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy.

Our tiramisù is made without added alcohol. However, some vanilla extracts used in our recipes may contain a small amount of alcohol.

Delivery is available only to eligible northern Melbourne addresses shown at checkout and is subject to our Delivery Policy. Once an order is delivered, including when left under authority to leave, the customer is responsible for refrigerating it promptly. Because our products are fresh and perishable, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an order is wrong, damaged, unsafe or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details; an appropriate remedy may be a replacement, refund or credit.
